State-of-the-art infrastructure spanning 105,000 m2 can process several million letters and 127,000 parcels every day.
When: 4 April to 27 September 2024
There are various available dates (Monday to Friday) to choose from between April and September 2024. You can find the list on the registration page (in German).

- Tours are free of charge.
- Please register up to 10 days before your chosen date.
- The minimum number of participants per tour is five people.
- Groups of 10 people or more: please register via the separate registration page.
- If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration up to 48 hours before the appointment using the registration confirmation you received.
Getting there
- There are only a few parking spaces available. For this reason, we recommend using public transport.
- Please note: there are limited bus connections between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Information
- Please wear comfortable shoes, as we will be walking for over an hour.
- Children: the guided tours are not aimed at children under the age of 10, but they may participate if accompanied by an adult (e.g. as part of a family visit). Children’s safety is important to us – sorting centers are industrial operations with noise, light, heat and cold. Children must be supervised by their parents at all times. Pushchairs are not permitted.
- Tours are also suitable for people with a disability. Please discuss your needs with us in advance.
- Dogs will have to stay at home, because the centers are noisy and hectic.
Härkingen parcel center processes around 300,000 parcels per day.
