Information

  • Please wear comfortable shoes, as we will be walking for over an hour.
  • Children: the guided tours are not aimed at children under the age of 10, but they may participate if accompanied by an adult (e.g. as part of a family visit). Children’s safety is important to us – sorting centers are industrial operations with noise, light, heat and cold. Children must be supervised by their parents at all times. Pushchairs are not permitted.
  • Tours are also suitable for people with a disability. Please discuss your needs with us in advance.
  • Dogs will have to stay at home, because the centers are noisy and hectic.
